Min. Walter Francis Washington, IV
CEO & Founder
Min. Walter F. Washington IV was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Maryland. He was raised in Prince George's County and Hartford County, Maryland. At the tender age of 8 years old, Walter gave his life to Christ. He was a member of Ebenezer AME Church (Fort Washington, MD), under the prestigious tutelage of Pastor Grainger and Co-Pastor Jo Ann Browning. During adolescence, he began to walk along the path of God’s will for his life; from there, he was blessed to have the opportunity to speak at multiple churches, become an Ordained Minister, and the journey to Spiritual Coaching was activated.
Walter attended Harford Technical High School where he received his CNA and then furthered his education at Virginia Union University; matriculating in 2015, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. During undergrad, came the first opportunity for religious leadership and Walter became the Youth Pastor at St. James Baptist Church in Richmond, Va. under the leadership of Pastor Kevin L. Sykes. From there he was called to serve as Youth Pastor at Victory Grace Center under the leadership of Dr. Jasmin Skulark. After yielding to ministry, doors begin to open for Walter to begin work with A-List clients at Clarke and Associates, Washington DC. His serving spirit was reconnected to the youth when he began working within Prince George’s County Public Schools. The tools needed to teach and lead students were acquired to ensure their development.
Walter has served at several churches from adolescence to the present. Due to his exposure to the ministry of spiritual guidance and the call that is on his life, he has been able to help guide friends, family, colleagues, leaders, and those that were assigned to him on his journey to spiritually advise them. The accumulation of these experiences conceived IV Life.
Walter’s philosophy is “to be in pursuit of God, by way of serving others!”
